NJEA Jim George Collective Bargaining Summit
October 21 - October 22
The annual Jim George Collective Bargaining Summit is an opportunity for local associations to come together for training opportunities that benefit members at the bargaining table. The NJEA Jim George Collective Bargaining Award is presented at the conference and all nominated associations are recognized as well. To nominate a local association, visit njea.org/cbaward. The deadline for nominations is Sept. 9, 2022.
The Jim George Collective Bargaining Summit introduces a new in-person (lab style) interactive experience, designed to provide local leaders and members with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to achieve their bargaining goals.

Unable to attend in-person? Plan to participate with our Saturday-only no cost virtual seminars: Participants will pick two workshops:

- Political Organizing for Collective Bargaining
